Green Pasture Meatballs

2 TBSP dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 large egg
3 TBSP ketchup
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2/3 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
9 ounces Green Pasture Meats ground beef
9 ounces Green Pasture Meats ground pork

Gently combine all ingredients in a stand mixer.  Using about 2 TBSP of meat for each, shape the meat mixture into meatballs.  Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
